Pe Unit Parkour/Gymnastics
A few weeks ago my P.E. class started our Parkour and Gymnastics unit. At first I thought that I would hate this unit because I didn’t like Gymnastics.
I thought that they were similar and that i wouldn’t like Parkour if not hate it. But i was surprised about how different it was to Gymnastics. It was a lot of fun as well jumping over obstacles running from point A to point B faster. Then we got to make a performance with now various new Parkour skills and lastly we presented to the whole class.
