“So during COVID, we came back from a vacation and we came back to Hong Kong, which is where we lived. And we had to stay in quarantine. And because of the quarantine rules there, we had to stay there for three weeks. And while we were in the US before we went back to Hong Kong, my mom got me a bunch of yarn and some crochet hooks. So during the quarantine, she started to teach me how to crochet, but she wasn't a very good teacher. So I started going online to find crochet stuff, and I taught myself how to crochet.”
